Constipated Courier Services
Courier companies has become so unreliable in the last year. Since more people has to use them, one would expect better service, but is seems that booming business equals apathy. Having numerous fails with Aramex, I decided to give DSV Road Courier Services a try. What a disappointment. The package had to travel from Pretoria to Midrand/Centurion. After 10 days of none-delivery, I had to drive to the client myself to deliver a replacement. It was finally delivered after 15 days. I contacted the company twice, but they never revert.
