Dear Nedbank<br> <br> I think you should seriously review your contract with UTI Mounites to have your card delivery performed via them.<br> <br> I have ordered four cards during the course of this year, every single delivery has had an issue. <br> <br> The call centre contacts you, expects you to wait around for their driver and in the end, they do not get there on time, get there too late, or do not show up at all. <br> <br> I would like A senior manager for UTI mounties in the western cape to contact me and explain this persistent case of poor service and why a client should accept it.
