Complete *******

I am a Unisa student. DSV/UTI is the courier company that is supposed to deliver unisa study guides etc. I have been receiving emails sms's since beginning Feb stating that they have my parcel. I've probably called them 50 times in the past 2 weeks. They say they attempted delivery but no one was home which is nonsense as we have security at our estate that knows to collect the parcel, and on some of the days I have actually been home when they have claimed to try and deliver. This is terrible service as I have seen some of my fellow unisa students receiving wet and/or dirty study material. This is utter nonsense! Would never use them for my own deliveries!!
