Complete failure! Unprofessional service! No respect!

Honestly now this has gotten out of hand, my review doesn't seem to matter, my problem is not solved since last week Friday, the people who were supposed to fix this did not call back, one of them never called at all, they keep asking for my address even though I've told them every time I called, they say they don't know where my package is and that I will be refunded if not found! What the hell is this *******? Even if they refund me where the hell am I supposed to find it again?at the same price!? Is this how you treat customers? Now no one is picking up when I call
