COMPLAIN

I am so disappointed in this service, this is not the first time they delivering documents to my office and i am waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery from them,phoned the first time " oh sorry they returned the documents because it was wrong address ,they can't even pick up the phone to ask which address, second time i phone and confirm address and again deliver to wrong address third time i am phoning them oh sorry they deliver to wrong address again which i need to confirm address like an baby feeded with an tables****.

You guys are really bad and don"t have an excuse because you did deliver to me before and there is no explanation for your behavior.

Please be aware of this people......
