COMMUNICATION AND ORGANISATION AWFUL

No reference number was sent. We were forced to hold on for over an hour being passed from pillar to post as there was apparently no manager around to take the call. We spoke to about 7 different people and we were cut off while holding for a manger more than once. No one knew what to do to help us find out if the collection was still happening today. They have just collected now and the agreement was 3PM latest. They are always late and disorganised and we always have to call and find out where they are as they never on time or early. We understand that traffic is a part of life but every single time we require a collection they are over an hour late and they collect from us twice maybe 3 times a month and they are always late and always come just before we close. They clearly don't care. They only have the business because our customer pays them. If it were up to us we would never use uti and we would pass the word around that no one else should either. this and the other complaints are no exaggeration UTI are worse than pathetic and lazy and disorganised and incapable of functioning efficiently!
