close to 3 weeks and my books are not recieved.

Hello Peter,<br> <br> I'm absolutely disgusted with UTI and their level of compitency.<br> I was informed that they are supposed to deliver parcels within 5-7 days of receipt and in my case they received my books from unisa on the 29 January and still up to date i have not received my book.<br> I have called time and time again i am informed that my books are still at their offices in Centurion and have not been dispatched.<br> I have been calling on a daily base now an am assured that they will deliver but i am still without books.<br> <br> As we speak i have an assignment due tomorrow which i have not worked on since i don't have books and no one seems to know why are my books held there.<br> <br> I will never use their services again and because this level of incompetency is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. They promise to deliver within 5 days and i have had to wait for 14 days and am still waiting.<br> upon my first follow up i was told to call tomorrow and see if they delivered, i have called many tomorrows after and am assured of lies. <br> <br> UTI, your service is appalling and made up of weak links, work on your target achievement and communication strategies. <br> <br>
