Cellphone never delivered by DSV Couriers... phone gone missing.

On the 24th November my Wife did a Cell Phone Upgrade and this was to be delivered at her work address in Hammarsdale in KZN. On the 28th November DSV phoned and confirmed that they will deliver the phone to my Wife and I gave them her Cell number to make arrangements. They phoned her and made arrangements to deliver the phone on the 29th November. The Phone was never delivered with no explanation and when we phoned they said they will deliver on the 2nd December. Once again the Phone was not delivered and they phoned to say that the next scheduled delivery was the 5th December. The phone was not delivered and they had an excuse that they only deliver in that area on a Thursday so they will definitely deliver on Thursday the 8th of December. They never arrived and when we queried we were told that MTN wanted the phone back so they sent it back. If we wanted the phone we must contact MTN and threw the phone down in my Wife`s ear.

MTN does not have the phone so where is my Wife`s Phone DSV?????
