Card delivered to wrong address - no phone call

On the 4th of August 2015 I get a sms from ABSA bank to say that UTI will contact me to arrange delivery of my Credit Card. I have not received any phone calls from UTI. This morning 27 August 2015, I called ABSA to find out what is happening with my card, which is due to expire, only to hear that my card was delivered on the 11th of August to Waterval Clinic in Siabuzwa...I do not even know where that is. According to ABSA it was a drop off and go delivery, does that even make sense being a credit card. I am very disappointed with UTI for not phoning me to arrange delivery of my card especially delivering my card to a place I have never heard off. How does that make sense, I stay in Pretoria but my card is delivered somewhere in Mpumalange!!!!

And to top it all, now my current credit card was blocked to prevent ********** transactions, because my new card is in someone else's hands, meaning I cannot even use my current bank card! Totally insane!!! Now, I am being inconvenienced due to UTI's poor pathetic service. Sounds like a whole *******ion **** to ***** peoples cards and money!!!!

Poor poor poor service. ABSA please change your courier company!!!!!!
