Cant track parcel nor cant reach them

Worst delivery service ever… My partner and i ordered something on the 30th of March 2026 and the delivery was scheduled for the 11th of April 2026 which is on a Saturday. As we cancelled all the plans we had to sit and wait for the delivery only for nothing. No communication nothing i have to keep giving them countless calls only to be sent to different departments with no assistance. Organisations like Mtn should stop using their services cause I'm cancelling my order due to this service rather work with the likes of the courier guy.
