Broken delivery promise

My medicine was supposed to be delivered 30 Oct 2024 by 11am. When it came to 13:00 my medicine was not delivered yet, so I checked the tracker that was sent to me by sms and it stated that I was not available for delivery. I was at work the whole day and they normally deliver at my place of work the driver did not make contact with me. When I called, I was told they are in a meeting and will call me back after. I did not receive a call until this day. I had to spend of my own money and travel to buy this medicine as it is not readily available at any pharmacy. My medical aid cannot reimburse me as the prescription medicine was already paid for by them. I am highly disappointed as this is medicine that is critical to me staying alive.
