I had the pleasure of speaking to Jermaine Meyers

There is only one way of explaining the service he gave me “ magnificent “

I phoned in very irritated and angry … this man took my punched and frustrations. Gave me time to blow of steam listened intently and, apologised, acknowledged my frustration.

And had the ability to make me who it takes alot to please to calm down and even out of my own felt he needed a compliment on hellopeter as he deserved the bragging rights to handle most likely the most difficult person
