What a breath of fresh air when I called in to DSV this morning in the hope to 1 last time make arrangements for my MTN sim card to be delivered. a Lady by the name of Mamello at the JHB branch, answered the call and within 10min, was able to assist me and find a solution for my situation....TOP CLASS MAMELLO!
