Best service ever

I would like to share the BEST experience I received from DSV, I got assisted by Lisa. I called in to trace client's card, I was transferred to her as the 1st consultant couldn't assist with taking delivery instructions. Then I got through to Lisa, It was almost her knock off time, but she assisted me like she had just started her shift. I then lost my client on the line while I had to connect her on the call to give Lisa the delivery instruction. Lisa offered to call my client and finalise the whole process, and still came back to me to confirmed that it has been sorted. I worked on Customer service myself, I never felt so grateful and super appreciative from the service provided by someone. Lisa was the BEST!!! Thank you so much.
