Been waiting for Cellphone delivery OVER 2 Weeks!!! Disgusting service

I did an upgrade telephonically on 05/09/2017 and its 2 WEEKS LATER and NO CELLPHONE and NO EXPLANATION, I am so cross with Mtn and how they just don't care whether or not you have received your package they answer the phone at Mtn direct with a lot of attitude behaving as if they do not owe you an explanation and they just transfer you to the courier company without listening to what going on or even investigating. I hate MTN I should have not upgraded but switched to Vodacom they turned a simple upgrade into HELL and I till today there is no help and no cellphone!
