Bad, worse, terrible

I unfortunately had this courier company assigned to my mtn sim being delivered. I received no phone calls, only a sms saying they were trying to arrange a package delivery. I then had to phone them, numerous times, hearing that call volumes are abnormally high. I leave my nr. No call back. This has been going on for a week. No sim. No connection. MTN should use another service provider, like the Courier guy.
