Bad Srevice and lies from callcentre

I have a business supplying goods from home and I couriered a package to Heidelberg 8 days ago. The customer still did not receive the package. 17 calls later and 4 days of trying to get somewhere with the call centre got me nowhere. The customer is demanding money paid back and the parcel is still in a cage somewhere. Nobody seems to care and excuses ranged from the driver not having time to deliver the package to total ignoration and empty promises of a followup call. The bad reviews on social media regarding this is costing me thousands of rands. I will not recommend this courier company to anybody, they are only empty promises and lies
