Bad servie

Hi - I app**** for a new contract on line with MTN on the 18th of the consultant called me on the 23rd and finalized the application. She advised that I will get an SMS and a courier company (DSV) will contact me same day or the following day. No one called me until I took initiative to call only to be told that DSV (courier) is fully booked I will only receive my parcel on the 2nd of May while I will be on leave. This is completely unacceptable, I cant accept such bad service.
