Bad services

Thursday(10/09/2015) i got a call from the company that theirs a package that they will deliver to me on Tuesday and i gave them my work address and told them that they should deliver between 8am - 4pm .Xolani called after 4pm saying his coming to deliver and i tried to explain that am not around anymore while i was still suggesting another to make the delivery successful he just dropped the phone.<br> I don't think that's the way to talk to clients .
