Bad service they do t want to make any custom happy

Terrible service! I received and sms saying my parcel would be delivered on Thursday, by 15:00 I called the dispatch and they confirmed the delivery between 15:00 and 17:00. They did not deliver!!! The driver called me 19:00 that night to do the delivery. The driver advised he will do the delivery for me the next morning. I called DSV to confirm the package is on the way only to find out the won’t be delivering the package on Friday!!! They now want to only deliver the package on Saturday!!! They will not make a plan for today at all!!! I asked to speak to a manager but they had no manager at the branch!!! I now have to wait for Saturday! Why must we make sure we have our relevant documentation in order but they don’t follow their own delivery schedule! I also told them if I had know they wouldn’t be delivering the next day I would ask the driver to deliver to my home address which is not even 5km away from where they were delivering!!
