Bad Service, Terrible Call Centre
I recently had a fridge shipped to my home. The delivery men complained that the fridge was too heavy to carry up two short flights of steps (despite every other unit in the complex having fridges in their kitchens). They wanted me to \Organise manpower"for them. I couldn't find anyone on such short notice"
