Bad service!!! NOT POPI ACT COMPLAINT!!!
No phone call to the client they are suppose to deliver the parcel to. No confirmation of identity documents, they let the first person they see sign for a package while the instructions are clear who the package should be delivered to. Kanti what is the purpose and meaning of POPI ACT?
