Bad Service from Mtn and Dsv

A few days i took out a contract with Mtn and they told me that Dsv were going to call me to arrange a delivery which they did with this number [***] the lady that i spoke to just asked for my date of birth and dropped the call thereafter.Today i spent the whole day at work waiting for my parcel or a return call but i did not get anything.As i was talking to my boss at work excited about my new phone which is on its way he told me that MTN and DSV are a **** they will never deliver my phone as they did the same to his wife but they will definately debit your money.
