Bad service from dsv

Mtn will you please stop using DSV. I was supposed to get my order today but i didn't. I had to call DSV multiple times to try and track where my parcel was and only after15:00pm i managed to get a DSV consultant that could get the driver to call me. The driver called to say that the fingerprint machine he has with him hasn't been working since morning and no one from DSV bothered to call us and let us know about this. Secondly how does a driver travel all the way from Durban to Richards Bay with one biometric machine? Risk mitigation? Planning ahead? None of that from DSV. I'm still waiting for someone from DSV to call and tell me that i will only get my parcel on Monday as per the drivers words. Mtn better find an alternative courier company because this isn't at all. Please look at the number of complaints about dsv from mtn customers it is ridiculous! I'm going on leave soon and i need to get my parcel before i leave KZN. Can someone please do something!
