BAD SERVICE FROM DSV

I am really ****ed with dv RIGHT NOW it has been a frequent thing now that my parcels sent to customers do not reach them on time, they will update delivery failed without explaining why? moreso they do not call customers/the recipient or the sender to get direction, I mean a parcel going to Pretoria and I dropped it at Bryanston taking more than 5 days to be delivered is absurd, actually 5 days has lapsed parcel has not been delivered at all and the customer service is not helpful as to why is the delivery failing. most times
