Bad service for handling my delivery query

Mtn upgraded my cellphone contract and appointed DSV couriers to deliver it. The arrangement was that the parcel would arrive on Thursday 26th October between 12h00 and 14h00pm. Around 14h30 i called DSV to enquire about the parcel. Firstly it took me 20min to get through and eventually i spoke to Tebogo who tried to assist. I was told the driver was here and called me many times and i did not answer while i did not get even 1 missed call on my phone. He told me the driver is in sasolburg for other deliveries and i was told he will call me back. After 30min i called DSV again to try and get the driver's number. I got through to Nthabi again after holding for 20mimutes using my airtime. After speaking to her she checked and told me again that the driver says he called me and again i told her i did not have any missed calls from this driver. She asked if i know the guy is in sasolburg and when i said its not even far from Vanderbijlpark she asked me if i can go there to meet the driver. For the life of me im a client and im told to make my own arrangements to get my delivery. Without even informing me she transfered me to the delivery department and now i was way past 30 minutes on my phone trying to get my package delivered. I was assisted by Mamokgethi and at this pointi was fed up and boiling too. Unfortunately i shouted at her as i was frustrated that none of them were assisting me. I needed the driver's number at least to call them myself. But due to company policy i was informed they cannot assist, after holding again eventually Mamokgethi suggested to have a three way conversation with the driver. In speaking to him only then i was finding out that he was given a wrong number. And i gave him the correct one. He promised to pass by after his deliveries in Sasolburg. What is sad and shocking is that from the first agent none of them tried to check if all information given to driver was correct or even verify with me. To them i felt like i wasa pester. The last lady in the deliveries actually assisted with the three way teleconference. I did not get the opportunity to apologise to her for shouting.

I felt i was made to be a **** when driver told them he called. No one apologised to me for giving the driver a wrong number. This number im using ive had it since 2012 if not 2011 and im sure it is the number at MTN too. So its shocking how this driver got a totally wrong number. The service i got was not appreciated at all.
