BAD SERVICE
I use DSV everyday and everyday we have a problem. Whether it's parcels arriving late/damaged or getting lost. They don't bother to notify us when there's a problem with our consignments, we have to be the ones calling depots and call centers to local our parcels. For an international company, their service is trash to say the least.
