Bad service

To whom it may concern I am very disappointed with your services. I received a sms with no tracking number saying a driver is on its way on the 5th of August,He came and he so impatient as I was experiencing troubles with my service provider and couldn’t receive an OTP nr immediately (1-3 minute) he left on hurry saying that he will come back the nest day And here I am still sitting with no parcel, I’ve been trying to get hold of DSV Cape Town they’ve been putting on hold I haven’t spoken with any of the consultant The parcel is a cellphone from MTN
