BAD SERVICE AND NOT HONEST

I am writing to formally complain about the poor service received from DSV regarding the delivery of my Standard Bank card, which I have still not received.

I missed one call from DSV, after which a Standard Bank banker linked my call to DSV and we agreed that the card would be delivered on Thursday, 5 February 2026. On 4 February 2026, the banker informed me that DSV claimed the card was originally scheduled for delivery on 29 January 2026 and that I had allegedly agreed to a new delivery date of 10 February 2026. This is incorrect. DSV never contacted me to agree to a delivery on 10 February 2026. I requested proof of this alleged agreement, including an audio recording of the call.

The conflicting information, lack of communication, and failure to deliver the card as agreed is unacceptable. I request an urgent explanation and immediate resolution.

I received a call from DSV confirming that the audio recording had been sent to the bank. I am eager to review this recording, as I require access in order to demonstrate to DSV that the audio has been altered. My request is based on the fact that, according to Kagiso Mweli, the audio contains a claim that I agreed to a date of 10 February. This is inaccurate; I only spoke with a lady named Mpho, and our discussion confirmed the date of 5 February 2026, which was a Thursday. I am certain that I would not have agreed to the date of 10 February, particularly because I was due to make a payment on my Truworths account today. Had I been offered alternative arrangements, I would have considered them, but I was informed today that deliveries in my area occur only on Tuesdays and Thursdays—a detail that Mpho did not communicate to me. This lack of information and resulting confusion could negatively affect my credit score, potentially doubling the amount I have to pay. I do not believe this situation is fair.
