Bad service

Worse service ever, I called like 5 times trying to arrange for my delivery and their consultants kept saying they will call me back they need to confirm something with MTN. I asked is my package there or not? they said it is there. I asked them then what's the problem they couldn't give me an answer. What a bunch of *********** people! All they can tell you is how they can't help you. Isn't their job to help people? Why are they even there if they can't help? Some people are being paid for nothing we should all go and work at DSV and get paid to tell clients how we can't help without even an explanation.
