Bad service

I have been using DSV courier for 3years to courier my products... i have send my parcel to my client already last week and Monday the 14th of september. After i have called last week i was promised that the client will receive their packed on Thursday the 17th, late Friday night the client contact me to say no parcel. Monday the 21st i call again yet i was promised parcel will be delivered, Tuesday i call again was promised again it will be delivered and some one will follow up and come back i am still waiting for that call. So today 23rd packed was delivered it is so damage when it got to the client i had to give her a refund.

I am so unhappy about this service.
