Bad service

This must be the worst delivery service I have ever seen, and which I will surely not make use off ever in my life.

I have won a competition and DSV is suppose to deliver my package. Well firsylt of all the first time they delivered the wrong package to my house, that was more than a week ago.

Then when they finally got the correct package to deliver to my house its been a few days that they apparently send out the package and then they receive it back as a failed delivery, meanwhile Im sitting at home every single day for the last two weeks waiting for my package. I even cancelled many appointments to make sure I am at home when they come. Not once did they phone me to let me know they are at the gate as I live in a complex.

Now I wonder, how did they find my complex and how did they phone me so quickly when they had the wrong package, but since they have the correct package they cant find me.

This is really rediculous and I hope that someone at DSV will actually do their job and find out what the hell is going on.
