BAD SERVICE

I have experienced a very bad service from DSV couriers in Bloemfontein. I had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered last week Wednesday 22 October 2025. When they delivered there was network problem with MTN as I was expecting a parcel from MTN. The guy told me they will call me to make another appointment, they only called the following day telling me they want to make n appointment for the following week Monday. I then told the person who called that my parcel is urgent,he told me they don't have space for Friday. I then asked him if I can come pick it on friday morning, he told me it's not allowed but he will call me back as he wants to make arrangements. He never came back to me, on Tuesday 28 October 2025 I received a message saying they will be delivering. They never called or made any arrangements for that Tuesday, the only time they called it was the guy waiting for me at my gate saying he's there to deliver. By that time I wasn't even at home. He had to wait for me. This is the bad service ever I've received from a courier and I will NEVER EVER use them anymore, I won't even recommend it to anyone
