Bad service

After 10 minutes on the phone with the lady calling to confirm the delivery address and me telling her that I do not live in Lourierpark, I received a call from the driver this morning saying he is in Lourierpark and will deliver my card shortly 😡. Now, because I am not in Lourierpark he is not sure when he will be able to deliver my card. Maybe tomorrow but he is not sure. Which means I have to sit home all day tomorrow because he might or might not come? After I clearly stated my (very simple) address multiple times on the phone with their office. This company’s service is very bad
