Bad Service
I am still waiting for my MTN package to be delivered since last week, still no contact from DSV when will they deliver after they failed to do so due the the MTN system failure. Cant get a hold of them over the phone as I've waiting for that 10mins on the call listen to the music. Now I wait for their system/AI generated answer for this complain. LOL

17 Apr 2024, 08:30I was contacted by Intombi from DSV and she tried to connect me to someone to assist me with my delivery with no success. She said I would be contacted in the next 5 mins and if I don't get a call by 14:00 I must call her and she will help. Well I didn't receive a call at all and when I tried to call her, she did not answer nor did she call back like she said she would. I give up, I really give up, I don't know why I am writing this, I really don't know. Now I am faced paying for a device I don't have.
