Bad service
Good day I'm trying to contact dsv Mounties from Monday trying to find out where my mtn parcel is but I've used 100s of rands airtime and still no answer I was told my parcel was dispatched last week friday and I must contact dsv Mounties on ********** 500 which no1 ever Answers can I please know where's my parcel and when can expect delivery as it's urgent that I receive my parcel.u can email me or contract me on ********** 079 email address **********

13 Feb 2019, 14:17Got a call from dsv yesterday from a lady that told me that my package was in Durban and she would get some1 from Durban to give me a call asap till now no response 10mins later a guy calls me asking for the tracking number only to be told dat the tracking number I was given was actually delivered to me in January I then informed him that his talking nonsense and this was a tracking number I was given on friday from mobilestore for my p20 lite n not my p9 which I received he then told me he will check and give me a call up till now still no response dsv is totally unreliable I even questioned mobilestore as to what device they dispatched they told me the p20 that I have done an application for so *** is going on I'm really starting to get irritated!
