Bad Service

I booked an express collection yesterday morning around 09:00 from Pretoria to Selby Johannesburg and UTI didn't collect and no reason was given for not collecting when I called today, this is not the first time, it's either they don't collect on time or deliver on time, this is a company that makes thousands of rands on monthly basis from us and this is the level of service they render to us, I sent a parcel from Selby JHB to Braamfontein JHB the next day when tracking the parcel it's in Bloemfontein, few days ago I sent a parcel to Stellenberg CPT and it was delivered to a wrong company in Stellenbosch and it took + - 7 days to get to the client as if that was not enough I sent a parcel to Milnerton Ridge CPT not delivered at the expected date of delivery when I called I was told the driver ran out of time that's the same answer I got few weeks ago with a parcel from Springs. The radio room you'll be on hold for more than an hour whilst the consultant is ringing them no answer and when they do answer they'll be covering up for one another it's either let me call the driver and find out what happened and I'll call you back of which they won't or there wasn't enough time.
