Bad service

My fnb card was to be delivered today in Potchefstroom, the driver calls and I’m still out 400m away mind you and he says he can not meet me there because his late . Obviously courier companies do not expect us to be home through out we suppose to atleast be around and I was on campus just 400m away and this driver refused to bring my card that I had been waiting for , for days now . This is really disappointing service
