Bad service

I have been waiting for an order that was scheduled to be delivered on monday(02/10/2023).i was sent an sms daily being advised my parcel will be delivered before 5pm.i have waited till friday the 06/10/2023 to do follow up.i spoke to karabo who rudely told me that i must be patient my parcel will arrive before 5pm on the 06/10/2023.today it is the 07/10/2023 and no word from dsv.they are the worst company to do delivery services.i wish my runway sale never used them.
