Bad pathetic service from Dsv mounties

I was contacted by this courier for delivery of my mtn package for friday 24th april.howover my son was involved in an accident in the the school transport he uses.i called dsv to reschedule as i ahad to attend to my son.we rescheduled for tuesday the 28th.when i called the monday to make certain all was in order,they told me Buymondo Mnt called them to return the package and i should contact them.After speaking to an agent at Buymondo,they said that was false and they didnt contact dsv.on their system i was supposed to have received the package.Dsv is just a bunch of liers and apparently several customers have had that issue according to the Supervisor at Buymondo
