Bad delivery service
Worst delivery experience ever. When scheduling a delivery, DSV advises you that the driver will notify you 30min before arriving at the location but the driver only calls you upon arrival. The driver was even rude he dropped the call while I was talking to him. To top it up the call center can't even help you to resolve the issue, they just entertain your call and promise to get back to you but nothing is ever done.
Am disappointed in DSV I didn't expect this low customer service
