Bad customer service

I am not happy with the service I’ve received from DSV and the driver who delivered my package. I had a special request that I want my package to be delivered after 4 as I’ve have started I know job and their driver was only available from 2pm and I won’t be available, the driver gave me attitude from the call I got from him and I even took him a video and sent it to their head office since then I’ve been getting automated responses which are not even enlightened to my initial complain . I am so angry and disappointed in how the whole thing was handled
