Bad Customer Service

I had a parcel sent to me on an overnight option, when the delivery came I was not at my house to receive it. It was then returned to the Branch, No one called me to inform me about it, I had to go back and forth with the useless call center agents. Who didn't know what to do or how to resolve the matter, instead they put me on hold without even asking me, the next thing the lines cut off. After umpteen calls, a Mzwandile tells me there has been a delay du e to overflow? Which was a lie as earlier I was told that they will call me back with feedback and also gave me the contact details to their warehouse?? Warehouse?? Why is it my job to contact their warehouse? Why is it my job to take the initiative to run around looking for a parcel that I paid for? I paid for a 24hour service not 72 hours. *** I also asked for their warehouse address so that i can pick it myself, im still waiting for their email with directions....USELESS
