Bad customer service

Driver came to deliver my parcel (home WiFi), I gave all the necessary details that the internet provider needed. After submitting my details, I waited half an hour for my details to be approved by IT. The driver said he is just going to deliver another parcel not far from me( his actual words were 'just around the corner') and he'll return. By that time, he should've gotten he go ahead to hand me my parcel. Well, that was this morning, it is now evening and I still didn't receive my parcel. Got an SMS saying it will be delivered tomorrow, without an apology or explanation. What long process is this that I waited so long to not get my parcel after submitting all the necessary details. Atrocious service!! And when I phoned, no one picked up on any of the numbers listed. Your customer service sucks!
