Bad communication
Dsv and Mtn have disappointed me more than 3 times between the *********** call center agent to the terrible service really don’t know which is worse. Have been waiting for a delivery 3 weeks, twice taken to a wrong address putting me back two weeks and can you believe once they finally got the address right their system was giving problems. Nevermind the first delivery that just happened without any prior notification, not even an hour. Bad service in a bad economic situation not expected from established business really bad
