BAD BAD SERVICE

The most pathetic courier services ever. Waiting period know almost 18 days and still no delivery of my husband's bank card. If you call them no answer after 10 min waiting, give you the option to request a call back, no one call you back or the call been cutting off.

Even the with the e-mail option, you don't get any assistance. You can't even lodge a complaint to anyone, speak to a senior person, nothing.

What a disgrace of a courier company.
