Bad Attitude
If Barbara was hired for her bad attitude then you have scored yourself the worst employee. She called me today to arrange the delivery of my card and she was so rude. I even told her about her attitude and I thought let me put it down in writing. She was so rude with me and so unhappy maybe you must sit with her and teach her how to deal with your customers. She is bad news.
