Atrocious business acumen

My MTN sim from CCI was approved two weeks ago. Dsv courier depot called on Tuesday 1st September confirming my delivery would be done on Thursday the 3rd September during the day. The following morning i received a call stating the driver did not deliver, he had not made contact with me either. He dropped off the parcel back at their depot on Friday and took off to do other deliveries. When the lady told me I'd be scheduled for delivery on Monday midday again, at no fault of my own, i got really upset and informed her to deal with CCI as they are the middle /third person in this deal because my business is with MTN.

I offered to pick my Sim up myself on the Friday because of the urgency that this person couldn't put into my delivery. I am appalled at such poor service... Actually at the lack of professionalism. If MTN deals with such service providers / contractors, i feel sorry for them.
