As I was desperate to get my card out of the Nedbank locker as there was an Nedbank IT problem the cell phone number for the opening pin code of the locker was not recieved by myself

As I was desperate to get my card out of the Nedbank locker as there was an Nedbank IT problem the cell phone number for the opening pin code of the locker was not recieved by myself. I am leaving this evening to the UK for ongoing cancer treatment. So the urgency was dire. HP044 assessed security with the acting bank manager that I was the cardholder identity. Then promptly opened the locker. I really appreciate his actions timorously to retrieve my card Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
