Apple Iphone 6s ****** From Wrapped Box & No Reimbur*****t As Agreed Upon

So about three weeks ago I sent a cellphone from Witbank to Boksburg/Brakpan area. Upon the delivery I was notified that there is no cellphone in the sealed box I sent. Before dispersing the cellphone into the sleeve I bubble wrapped the box with the cellphone in it, I was informed that there was no bubble wrap on the box nor the cellphone. It was a Apple Iphone 6s 32gb that dissapeared. Spoke to a Bronwynn at the DSV , I was informed that the investigation was set in place and the phone will be reimbursed in 5-10 working days. Till today have not received any reimbur*****t nor does Bronwynn exists all of a sudden. I will never make use of their service again but I would like for the phone to be reimbursed asap. This is unacceptable and wont be left like this. Who gave their staff premission to take other peoples belongings?
